Briana Williams, PhD, MPH
Briana is an Assistant Research Scientist at Resound Research for Reproductive Health. She has a wide array of research interests spanning from reproductive justice and health equity to global health and community-based participatory research.
Elise King, MPH
Elise brings expertise in quantitative data management, analysis, and visualization to her work, with a focus on reproductive health research and policy. At Resound Research, she supports projects examining contraceptive access, OBGYN training, and structural disparities in reproductive health.
Vanessa Wanner Lang, PhD, MA
Dr. Lang uses quantitative methods to study reproductive health in the United States. She has a specific interest in studying the policy implications surrounding access to contraception and reproductive healthcare and why sociodemographic disparities exist for a variety of reproductive outcomes.

Elizabeth is an advocate for sexual health education and health equity. In her current role, Elizabeth provides support for the entire portfolio of research studies.
Tony Ogburn, MD
Dr. Ogburn maintains an active practice in General OB/GYN. His work focuses on preventive services and improving access to care for underserved populations.
Samuel Dickman, MD
Dr. Samuel Dickman is the Chief Medical Officer at Planned Parenthood of Montana and a researcher at the City University of New York Research Foundation. He conducts research on reproductive health policy, survivors of sexual violence, and opioid addiction.
Lisa Della Badia, MS, CCRC
Lisa is a sexual and reproductive health clinical researcher whose work is focused on organizational compliance and operations, partnership building, and strategy. Her work aims to position and strengthen the impact of Resound Research.
Lauren Thaxton, MD, MBA, MSBS
Dr. Thaxton is an Assistant Professor and practicing OB/GYN in the Department of Women’s Health at Dell Medical School. She has been working with Resound Research investigating novel tools for addressing issues/dissatisfaction with postpartum contraception.
Ophra Leyser-Whalen, PhD
Dr. Leyser-Whalen is an Associate Professor of Sociology specializing in reproductive health and justice at The University of Texas at El Paso. She works with Resound Research on projects related to abortion funds and reproductive health on the U.S.-Mexico border.
