After Roe: Criminal Abortion Bans in Texas

On June 24, 2022, the United States Supreme Court issued its decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization and overturned Roe v. Wade, the landmark case that established the constitutional right to abortion in 1973 and overturned Texas’s criminal abortion bans.
