Anna is a Research Scientist at Resound Research for Reproductive Health. She brings a decade of experience in reproductive health, rights, and justice policy advocacy and research to her work. At Resound Research, she manages a portfolio of primarily qualitative research focusing on abortion, contraception, and related issues. Recent projects have focused on access to care along the Texas/Mexico border and on the effects of Senate Bill 8 on Texans seeking abortion. Her PhD in sociology is from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a primary emphasis on the intersection of race, gender, and reproductive healthcare.
Anna is a Texan by birth and at heart. In her position at Resound Research, she applies rigorous qualitative analysis to some of the most pressing reproductive health issues of the day, with the aim of advancing reproductive justice for all.
