Family Planning and Primary Health Care Programs in Texas:How Well Are They Working?

In 2013, the Texas state legislature allocated $100 million to provide health care for Texas resident women ages 18 and over with incomes ≤200% of the federal poverty level under the new Expanded Primary Health Care (EPHC) program.
